Minister's Mystery Bag

Services were cancelled last week due to inclement weather, so our regular service has been pushed up a week. The fifth Sunday of the month features a service we call "Minister's Mystery Bag" where the children place ordinary objects into a bag and Rev. Felicia must relate Unity principles to the objects she draws from the bag.

Today's meditation includes reading from The Daily Word (www.dailyword.com) dated Thursday, February 4, 2010 and The Bible, Luke 6:48.

Today we continue exploring our core values at Unity Church of Life by going deeper into the meaning of Stewardship and what it is to be good stewards.

Questions to consider:
Do I acknowledge my spiritual source, and tithe to share what has been graciously given to me? Do I accept and respect my interdependence with all living things?
Am I a good steward and wse all my resources responsibly?

Do I pray, meditate, study, and apply Unity principles? Am I ethical and open in thoughts, words, and deeds? Do I deal with myself and others in a truthful, sincere, and forthright manner?
